Make sure you eat it with a spoon though, it will last longer. Avoid all contact with friends, family and everyone that cares about you. starve yourself for two straight days at least once a week, no food, not even water and lose yourself into a superficial world of mirrors, scales and precise numbers. All while everyone that loves you watches you die.
